The ease of use as well is price point for this service, I have not found anything that would be an issue with them yet at least in my usage so far they are doing their work correctly! They also support us when we need help or just want some clarification about our setup/usage etc which has been great from day one since i first started using it back then over 6 years ago now!! Would love if there was something like chat feature but thats ok its still easy enought via email / phone call - nothing bad here really other than maybe wish you could do live training sessions where people can attend remotely through zoom? Nothing major though all good things working out fine :).
