I just wanted a meat thermometer. What I got was a piece of junk that needs a PhD to understand. It won't stay on and I can't figure out how to control it. Spightdex (I should have known better to order something with that name) has this complicated returns process which is also completely confusing and doesn't want negative reviews because they know their company and products are rubbish! I can't even give a zero rating because they deserve it. Please advise me how to get this garbage back as they are absolutely no help in this regard.
