We ordered this item and it didn't fit so we went through the return process and got a replacement. Still ok. The instructions said to take the product to a pickup point near our home. When we brought the goods to the exhibition place, they refused to accept them without some kind of "qr" code, which we don't have. The email reminder sent by Revain has a "Print label and instructions" button, but clicking it doesn't allow you to print a return label (which appears to be missing). I have tried everything to get the code the guy says we should have but there is no way to get it. So it looks like we lost the prize for this faulty product.
