I bought this drum unit to replace the drum unit that came with my Brother MFC-L5900DW laser printer. Although the printer was less than 3 months old, toner kept leaking. I have replaced the toner cartridge but the problem persists. I wanted to try a new drum unit before buying a new laser printer, but I didn't want to shell out the outrageous cost of an original Brother DR-820 drum unit when I needed to replace the printer anyway. This HaloFox OPC was a fraction of the price of an original Brother OPC and solved my problem. Printed pages have no toner bleed. The print appears slightly lighter than the original drum unit. but it might get better as I print more pages or, maybe experiment with the printer's DPI settings. In general I am very satisfied.
