I’m editing my review for this and I’d first like to say how amazing this seller was to work with. I originally wrote about a bad experience and got a message from the seller within a day apologizing, offering a refund, replacement, or to try another product for free. I decided to give this another shot. I will say the bristles are very soft and I love the look of the brush. After washing it the brush did lose it’s shape again, but not as bad this time. I think after a few uses it should regain it’s shape. I’m starting to think it’s my cleanser causing problems. Even mishapen, this brush still applies a great highlight!Old When I got the brush, it looked fantastic and felt very soft. After just one cleaning the bristles never formed back into the original shape. They all were going in different directions, it was a mess. The bristles also became much tougher making it unpleasant to use on the face.
