Review on MMOBIEL Digitizer Air Installed Adhesives Tablet Replacement Parts by Damon Mertz

I bought this to have a battery change on hand on my iPad. There are several helpful repair process video tutorials online. This kit comes with a very useful tool for removing the thin metal digitizer. I microwaved some wet washcloths and laid them along the edge of the iPad to loosen the adhesive as I didn't have a hair dryer and the hair dryer didn't work well. The original digitizer was removed intact, but the adhesive was in such poor condition that it was much easier for me to replace it with a new one and use the adhesive strips that came with it. The new responds to touch and gestures just like the original. My iPad is protected by one of these magnetic covers and after the repair it wouldn't go to sleep or make a clicking sound when closed. A few weeks later, it seems to fall asleep with the lid closed, but still doesn't make a clicking sound. Sometimes when the lid is snapped behind the iPad, it causes the sleep mode to be toggled and the iPad falls asleep while using it, which is frustrating. I'm not sure what's causing this, it could be the digitizer, a cover or maybe something happened during the repair.
