I bought this USB/charger cable set so I always have a permanent charger for my phone and tablet. In my experience, ALL competitor charging/USB cables are mediocre in design/material/construction. They ALL fail after about six weeks when the conductors behind the plug are disconnected. (inside the insulation), apparently due to the inevitable bend in the cable between the charger and the phone/tablet. This is no exception. However, I keep buying replacements (obviously I'm a fool) because I've never found charging cables that are resistant to premature internal failure from flexing, and I assume it's my own stupid weak point that's making my phone complain and Tablets run 24/7 and I don't know of any phone/tablet battery that works the same without constant charging. It seems to me that this situation confirms the existence of both original sin and purgatory. What did I do to deserve this?
