my son loved the shoes they were comfortable and fit well. The laces are held with a string and broke a few days after receipt. I contacted Revain immediately and they instructed me to contact Adidas for a refund/exchange. I sent my request to Adidas on July 11th at the request of Adidas support. When I heard nothing after a few weeks, I emailed them again. Several emails asking for an update were ignored. I had to use the chat feature on the Adidas website to get an answer. Eventually I got a return label and I sent the shoes back and they arrived on August 26th. I contacted customer service again and was told that I would receive an email notification within 5 business days (the time it takes for the item to be inspected) and the gift card would then be issued within 7 business days. That hasn't happened yet. When I contacted support again, they changed their story and said that since I did not purchase the shoes directly from Adidas, I would not receive my gift card until 20 business days after receiving the shoes. I am now being told that I will not receive my gift card until September 23rd, which is 2 1/2 months AFTER I have submitted all the necessary information to Adidas to begin this process. I will no longer buy Adidas products. When I contacted support again, they changed their story and said that I would not receive my gift card until 20 business days after receiving the shoes as I did not purchase the shoes directly from Adidas. I am now being told that I will not receive my gift card until September 23rd, which is 2 1/2 months AFTER I have submitted all the necessary information to Adidas to begin this process.
