Recently, I was let down by SouthMarine's support staff. Although they boast a team of seasoned mariners and sailors that are sensitive to their clients' wants and needs, I was disappointed by the quality of their service. I had a question regarding a product and got a sluggish response and unhelpful information from them. The group didn't appear concerned with meeting my requirements or supplying the data I requested. In addition, I didn't like how little options there were to choose from when shopping there. In sum, I was dissatisfied with SouthMarine and would not suggest them.
