The product stopped working in less than a month. I got very excited about programming different timers and set everything up. Now the timers don't actually start or start counting down. The program button doesn't work, the cancel/delete button doesn't work. Tried changing the battery, still doesn't work. No troubleshooting support from the company, they said to speak to the Amazon seller and get him to replace it. The seller on Amazon says to return it to the company as it is under warranty. My kitchen is now without a timer until it is replaced. Big mistake.
