I have the 2018 Avantree HT 4189 Wireless Headphones and Bluetooth Transmitter on my 8 year old Samsung TV with its digital audio output Installed. The My Spectrum cable box has built-in WiFi and a USB port for connecting a transmitter. The instructions are easy to follow and it took two minutes to install. The headset reproduced sounds more clearly than the sounds produced by the TV sound system. I hear the same clear sounds when I go from the living room to the kitchen and the bedroom. I have the same great sounds when using apps on my Blu-ray/DVD player and playing DVD movies. The minimum volume in the headset is quite loud. Out of respect for my neighbors who go to bed early, this headset lets me watch my favorite shows late at night or early in the morning. I will buy another headset (model: BTHS-AS9S) to pair with the same transmitter. I have an LG TV in another room that needs another TV.
