I found that this replacement screen had very poor instructions and no tech support. E-mails were not answered and the website with the domain for sale no longer existed. I installed it as I had a previous replacement screen. He will not feel touch. After that, no response or help from the manufacturer. I ordered a screen for installation from another company. The other companies screen had an excellent guide with a good troubleshooting section. This screen didn't hold up well and I was able to remove it entirely. So I removed it using instructions from other companies and it worked. The screen seems to work well, and the picture and touch has been around for about a month. Overall I would never recommend this product due to the lack of support and quality instructions. The lack of support and quality guidelines meant that my daughter's iPad screen replacement was delayed by a week and I had to replace it twice. So. if you buy it. Keep in mind that you will not get any help or support and you will need a very powerful magnifying glass to read the crappy instructions that come with it. On the plus side, it's really cheap and seems to have been doing well for the past few months or so. Your iPad has a durable, protective foam sleeve that keeps the screen in place and applies pressure to it, even though the stickiness wasn't as strong. I have a feeling that without this case the screen would fall out a few days after replacement or would require some other sticky material to hold it together. Attached are the photos of what was sent to me, they should enable you to make a really informed purchasing decision. Disclosure: I wrote this review after they said they would give me a $3 gift card. However, I feel that this truly negative review will invalidate this offer. BUT THE TRUTH MUST BE TOLD!
