Expensive but useful
I prefer this to the longer Tesla-J1772 Swivel Connector. It's well built and compact, and I can charge my Pacifica Hybrid in 2 hours with an L2 charger from a Tesla cellular outlet, compared to 12 hours on an L1. The fit is tight and secure. I gave 4 stars because it's so expensive for an adapter. But that seems to be the current bet for the Tesla-J1772, so... what can you do. Also, the brand on the plug does not match the brand listed on this page.
