For those of you young adult women interested in sweater vest fashion, this is a great foundation. I'm size XS in most women's clothing (5'5" and 105 lbs) and bought XS in this item too! It says it's for 5-6 year olds but I really liked it fitted.does not pinch the neck and armholes at all.The jersey is loose enough to stretch a little at the chest while still enclosing the waist.To be honest you can get the same letter size as women's clothing or the size increase if you want to be on the safe side.
