So far, so good. It looks very pretty as it overshadows my living room. At first he was in the corner, but none of my three cats wanted anything to do with him. Put it in front of a window. Now it always has at least one. It takes up the entire window, as its 24-inch base and some other seating extend beyond it. While it seems pretty solid, it does want to wobble a bit when someone jumps and pops off. Not sure if it's because he's lying on the carpet? The cats don't seem to mind. I recommend it!
