Review on Colorful Numbered Lighting Treasures Portable by Jeremy Floyd

I purchased these dive rings and bars through Revain Prime and as usual they arrived quickly. Contains 4 rings and 6 very light sticks. All the pieces came together but on one of the rings I used today I noticed that the white latch on the slightly weighted part was not fully connected and will likely fall off soon as I cannot fully latch it. I received these diving rings. Toys a little over a month ago and to this day have not gone into the pool at our recreation center. We were happy to use the rings and sticks but when I dropped the rings they just seemed to float vertically where they landed. I tried throwing them again, hoping they would sink with momentum, but to no avail. Although sinking a bit slowly, they floated slightly under the water and seemed surprised. I then went underwater and taped them to the bottom for my daughter, they stayed on the bottom but moved a bit. Then we tried sticks, they were even worse, they slowly floated down but after a while when they hit the bottom they just lay level. I tried mounting them vertically but they just fell back. I really cannot recommend these diving toys. It's too late to return them at this point, so I'm out of luck. I used a friend in his home pool and all the branded rings they had were really good so I know how good ones are supposed to work.
