Along with this problem, there were stripes and light on the display, which, as it were, should not be. Support said yes, it shouldn't be like that and politely "shaved off" me. Six months later, the display simply died (no, the clock is not discharged), it died completely and irrevocably. It turns out that out of 5 (five) years of service life (as indicated on the watch box), the watch worked flawlessly for only 2 (two) years. Asked the support question, they say, how is it possible? Support was unable to give a clear answer and offered a trade-in in the form of "initial 5% for the purchase of other watches, up to 20% if the watch is in good condition." This is simply ridiculous, considering the cost of the watch and the fact that they did not even work half their time. It turns out that then it’s easier to buy some Xiaomi for a price several times lower and not worry about these hours? However, this is not an indicator, because I have an Apple Watch that I have been wearing for 3 years and which have been in the sea, in the mountains, in various sporting events and I don’t worry a bit about their safety and integrity - and they are quite already spent all their money. It turns out that the matter is in the manufacturer? So I can advise all those who want to buy them that it is worth thinking twice about buying products from this brand. Or get ready for the fact that this will become your headache.
