I have been using this product for at least 15 years and it has never let me down. I mainly use it on my upper lip but have also tried it on my bikini line and it works! Maintains all hair, minimal/pain free and easy to use. The trick is to heat the wax to a syrupy liquid consistency (not too runny and not too sticky) and rub the strip into the area for a very long time (the longer the better). I've also tried this brand of sugar wax but it didn't work for me at all so I'll stick with warm wax (in the microwave).
