Poor packaging of office and school supplies
The product itself lived up to expectations. It worked as it should, nothing amazing or special. The box it came in was destroyed and the top layer of product was ruined resulting in me wasting the first 1/4 of the product just trying to get through. I would have sent it back but didn't have time to get a replacement for what I needed. I don't know why they didn't at least put the packaging itself in paper or something in the box considering how easily it can be destroyed.
