I've been using this vacuum for about a week and so far so good! At first it was very easy to install. Setup via the Mi Home app took just a few minutes. He mapped the whole house very quickly and very accurately. In the application you get a digital map where the vacuum cleaner wandered and cleaned and where it was able to find out where to go. The no-go zone is a plus, I don't have to worry about areas we don't want it to go to. He literally does everything for me. The sensors work great. He can feel everything that is around him. I have a mix of floor mat and hardwood flooring in my house and this vacuum has no problem with either transition. The suction power stays the same no matter what surface it is cleaning. It cleans our floors very well and then empties into a container. I set it up on an automatic schedule to vacuum my house daily and when it's done it goes back to the dock to drain and charge itself. I can also choose which rooms I want to vacuum. This is a quiet vacuum, especially considering the suction power it can generate. The only slightly loud noise is that it empties (just a few seconds). I love that you don't have to get your hands dirty emptying your bag at the dock. You simply remove the dust bag when it's full and replace it with a new one (it comes with an extra bag) and you're done. The machine will tell you when it's time to empty your bag. The standout feature that impressed me was the power cord storage. This cable did everything very neatly and saved space. I'm very glad I bought this vacuum cleaner and although it's a little pricey it's worth it.
