The team is very responsive to our needs when it comes time for upgrades or changes! They are always willing (and able) do everything within their power as we need them too!! We have been using thinfilms products since they first started offering labels in 2012 - over 10 years now.

There has never really was anything I didn't like about any of thier offerings until recently with some new releases not being compatible enough wtih other systems which makes life difficult sometimes but nothing terrible so far this year either!! Good luck choosing your vendors you'll be glad once done. ! Been working together from day one making sure everyone knows what each others product does well & where there will still gaps between different software packages! It's made us more efficient at times by having all things connected via 1 platform.
