cool brand cool product

This seems to be the sixth pot I've received from this company. A family product, made in Italy (not China - wow!), non-toxic and non-stick. Oh! and can be washed in the dishwasher. Okay, that's about all the products I have from them. As for this pan, it's super easy to use, clean and everything comes out nice (and tasty). Except when you forget to cook and leave the oven on for too long (my fault, don't do that!). I use it so often that I bought a second one. I usually make chicken thighs over a bag of small potatoes and carrots - literally, I just heat up the oven and pan, then I throw in a pre-washed bag of potatoes, a pre-washed bag of carrots - I use a little olive oil, mix it around. I add a little spice company spice mix (highly recommend! And it's another American family business!), usually their coastal spice mix or something. Then toss it on top of the chicken, which is lightly brushed with a mix of British curry or ras el hanout. Turn the chicken halfway and holy smoke. Everything is browned and perfect. Pour it all out and you can literally just wipe the pan down and then throw it in the dishwasher. If it comes out, wipe it with oil before reuse. I'm sure you have your favorite recipes, but I'm going to try it in this pan. I usually use the second one to roast eggplant, zucchini, baked apples, etc. I've added brisket in there too - so good! Conclusion: evenly browned, firm, well made and very easy to care for. Made in Italy and owned by the Americans. I had no problems with these pans, I also bought them as a gift. (I had them not long ago - about 6 months, but the rest of the line I had for a few years and then looked like new. Just don't use metal in them - never. Don't say "wow" that looks appetizing, I'll just stick a fork in there, don't, otherwise you'll be done!
