Basically, Wingman XE works well with PS4 when using a wired connection. I personally couldn't get it to connect wirelessly. The instructions they give are a bit confusing and not helpful at all. It seems simple, but I have no idea why it doesn't connect wirelessly. (Also, I never knew that headsets that use a 3mm audio jack don't work at all if you try to connect them to a controller. Only USB or Bluetooth headsets will work. But yeah, since there's no support there is, I say and ask for help, it's the "recommended way" to pair it. Which I don't have. When I press and hold the 2 side buttons on the Wingman XE and the pairing button on the Xbox One Elite 2 controller, they blink never .They blink fast for about 5 minutes until they stop blinking and never connect.
