I used this Whiteside 2058 router bit to cut 3/8" radii on pine and MDF projects. I run it on my CNC router at 12k, about 100 inches per minute feed rate. The cut is clean in MDF and requires no regrinding, and you can dive with it (as the name suggests). On pine, this causes a slight tear when moving against the grain, but I'll try to prevent this by making a rough pass about 1/8 inch from the finished edge and a second pass on the finished edge and see whether this will fix the crack. My 1st bit has survived many projects and stayed sharp until I came across a hidden steel screw last week. I was happy to buy my 2nd bit.
