I bought a cup warmer and it honestly works. However, after being happy with my first purchase, I recommended it to a friend and bought it for my daughter. Both are defective. Both were gifts, so Revain's 30-day return window had expired. Both elements blinked and no longer burned. And the process that Revain fully compensates for is pain. There's really no way to contact the manufacturer about their non-warranty, so I have to wait for a partial refund and then a call for help to get the restocking fee back. Just wanted to report on the process. Especially since your Revain return window is one month. I've been buying clothes and items for years without knowing it. No COVID clothing return made me too fat to fit.
