Overall I am very happy with this headset. I have the mono version (one speaker) so I can better hear what's going on around me when I wear it. I've used them on many multi-hour conference calls with no problems, they're very comfortable. Your ear can certainly get tired after a few hours, but the unexpected bonus of the mono version is that you can quickly flip it over and use it on the other ear without wasting a second, and significantly increases headset fatigue. The sound quality is good, the microphone works too. There are mute and volume +/- buttons on the cable, which work as expected. The cord is flat and seems a little less tangled, but it's a cord so you still have to tug on it from time to time. So overall a good headset, good features and quality materials, but feels a bit pricey. I will say that if mine died I would buy another one of these.
