While I have to give this product perfect marks as it's fully self-contained with a pump, it's somehow well made and has spare plugs in case you lose one. All in all a very good product for your kids. As I said in another review, it's too small for my 4 year old but he doesn't care. I think an age range of 2-3 would be ideal for a suitable size.
