I just bought this for my first floor. I have a robot upstairs but it's only carpeted so I left it there. I chose the cheaper one for the lower floor to clean the hardwood floors and some carpets I have. Sticks to everything! He crashed into a statue on the wall and stayed there for 30 minutes. I have carpet in my living room and dining room and it snags when going from hardwood to carpet and it's a low rug. Yesterday I had to find and restart it 6 times and I've only had it for 3 days. I WILL GIVE IT BACK. oh and the remote control is pointless, unlike my other vacuum, when it gets stuck i get a notification on my phone but it rarely gets stuck but this one gets stuck.
