Yes, the durability points go to the belt itself, NOT the buckle. First, the buckle doesn't attach to the belt at all, it pushes the flat end against the rest of the buckle and doesn't really hold onto it when you try to adjust it. It has ZERO stretch like the straps you use to haul heavy things in a U-Haul but with no length adjustment. Any review that says how well it stretches is a lie. $16 for a two pack, although I could actually pay $5 for the same items at Home Depot and make about 10 pack WITH A BUCKLE THAT WORKS LIKE A BUCKLE!
