I got a 20W it fits good but a little baggy but that’s how I like it . If your 239 lbs and 5’3 in hight this would be a good size on you if you like a little bit more baggy. If not 18w would fit perfect . These are going to be so comfortable after having a baby I would highly recommend . Shorts are pretty long as well didn’t have any issues with being to short . Only thing I really hate is the smell of the clothing. Every thing was packaged and sealed but had a weird scent as if some one was smoking while they were delivering the packages . The smell was pretty strong but always wash before use!
