The grill body is too hot to touch, but excellent after-sales service
The appliance becomes very hot. I almost burned my finger the first time I used it. Black surfaces also get hot, making the grill difficult to handle. I'm slowly considering whether to send it back. Edit: I returned my item but decided to upgrade my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars for excellent customer service. The seller contacted me in advance to find the problem and offered a replacement or refund. They followed up when I was late with an answer.
