I like that my team can track how many employees are using various apps/websites within their own respective departments at any one time - it's good because you need less people but make sure they're trained well enough so as not too much is delegated! Sometimes we have issues when certain features aren't available or don’t look great (and this could be down do them) however these problems tend only arise if there isn‘ t an update ready etcetera therefore just try different iterations until something looks right for us all! It has helped me monitor what devices / browsers users access via PC vs mobile phones versus tablet computers amongst others.
