I like the size of this bag, but in the first few minutes after buying it, the surface got "scratched", and because the color is only on the surface, the bag had a WHITE scratch on a dark bag. Also, after a short period of use, the inner seams began to unravel, which is strange though. The lining dissolved into "strands”, and when I pulled something out, it seemed like long hairs hung from the item I took out and even stuck to my hands. The long strands also wrap around the items in the bag so I had to struggle to untangle what I pulled out! Never seen anything like this.
