The Nutone replacement is easy to install but a bit damaged.
This fan part fits my 20 year old Nutone bathroom exhaust fan perfectly. Easy to install if you can remove the fan. Simply remove the old fan, this simply presses on the fan shaft with your fingers. No caps, special nuts or fittings. However, I am deducting 1 star because my part was slightly damaged. One of the ribs was broken in the package (see photo). For this reason you should not return it.
