Okay, I've been using this nozzle for about an hour. Truth. Due to Amazon Prime's habit of updating me on the delivery date, I knew it would be here early in the day, even today, Sunday. Postponed morning shower while waiting for delivery. Delivered as expected. Items were carefully packaged for shipping and arrived undamaged. Installation, not my first, was easy with or without instructions. Time for a TEST. No leaks. It sits high on the wall in this apartment, but I like it. Adjustable spray has a variety. My favorite opened in a few seconds. Now for those who are bothered that it is ABS. looks good and none of my business. If that changes, I'll just update this review. Now I am enthusiastic about both the function and the look. Recommended. 09/28/18 - So, I've been using this device for several weeks and the conclusion is: all the above points still apply. 9/15/19 - Well, here's some new information, and it's sad. For about a week or more I've been having trouble adjusting my shower head to an angle that suits me. I kept playing around with it. I finally took a closer look at the shower head holder. Voila! As you can clearly see in the attached photo, the holder has a large crack. This has caused the 'arms' of the holder to separate and consequently the shower head is no longer held in place and is not adjustable. In addition, it is clear that if I keep putting the shower head in the holder, the holder will break. And when that happens I don't know if it will be possible to use the shower. So I leave the showerhead hanging from the hose in the tub until I find a solution. I've always taken good care of the shower head, considering it's made of ABS plastic. But even considering the low cost, I didn't expect it to give up after just 1 year of careful use. However, the price is now $5 less than last year and I might buy another one just because it can't be repaired and I love it. So for around $1 a month it might be worth it. I'll let you know. GOOD NEWS! 9/26/19 - Okay, here's what I did and I wanted you to know the end result because everything is fine. even though the bracket broke, was still a good buy, especially for only $12. If a new one breaks after 1 year it's only about $1 a month and if another part breaks I still have spares from the first one. And given the price range I'm looking for, I don't see anything with 100% 5 stars. Any other purchase is also risky. BUT here is the GOOD NEWS! 2./ When a new replacement is unpacked, an information card comes out stating: This shower unit has a lifetime warranty. I couldn't remember and decided to email the seller about my experience. I received a very quick response with an apology and a request for the original number/date of the order. I replied the same day. The next day I received 2 letters. One from the seller stating that my original purchase price was refunded to Amazon. The message below is from Amazon and says they received a notification from the seller that my money was on its way to Amazon and will be sent to my bank when they receive it. So, after all that, if you're still reading this, here are my final thoughts. . The shower attachment ensures a pleasant shower. It looks very clean and stylish. This is EZ for installation. For $12 this is a really good buy. The seller is responsible and reliable. I highly recommend this shower stall. And now I'm going. (The longest review I've ever written)
