The bra fits really well and the crossed straps really help distribute the girl's weight evenly so there is less strain on the shoulders. I'd say it's a medium support that definitely holds everything. The bra didn't move when I raised my arms but there was still room to wiggle if that makes sense? The color matched the description of the product, it is a yellow gold wand, a truly unique color.
