So far, so good! No instructions are required for assembly and it fits my phone with a case easily. I've seen reviews that the bolts loosen over time so I assembled them on my bike to take the shape of my handlebars for a couple of hours. Then I took it apart and reassembled it, smeared "blue" Loctite onto the threads of the screws and let it dry for a few hours. I recommend blue locktite because blue is easier to remove than red locktite. The product is not intended to be used and abused so treat it well and I'm sure it will last you a long time.
