The customer service is great! I feel like they are always looking out for my best interest, even if it means asking more questions or clarifying something that wasn't initially clear to me (which was quite often!). That's one thing about this site -- you get what you pay for. If you want fast turnaround times with low-quality work product, then sure - but be aware before committing any time/money up front! They offer an excellent price point for high quality services compared to other sites we've used previously. The ease to use, accuracy rate is great! I have used other companies but there was always something that made me second guess myself with them at times - not so here!! Great customer service- very quick responses when questions arise or issues come up as well.- easy access from anywhere you are via internet (great if traveling)- no more missing important info/notes because they were lost somewhere along way between sending it off vs being saved by computer glitch etc..
