I like that it's easy to turn on and off. The old one was tough. Still drips every 10 seconds or so. Apply silicone grease to o-rings and all threads of other parts. My old one was at least 10 years old, he came with me into the house. I didn't like what was made in China when it said it was made in Mexico. There's metal in there. On fig. 2 the upper package is open, closed, but not glued. Part #974-2920 is missing from the cartridge, same part number as the old 19202. The dripping has slowed down anyway. HD sells the S74-2920 which isn't on the Pfister site is also sold on Revain but is there a difference? I wish there was a sealed package in there, a return or something. Update: Drops stopped
