Arrived today and installed immediately. I bought a 20x30 filter and it fit perfectly, even better than other filters. The assembly was uncomplicated. I didn't bother reading the instructions until I noticed that the connector holding the center brace was missing. Without them, the center of the filter bends too much, leaving a gap along the long edges of the filter. So I just took a small piece of wood and "fixed" it. I will contact the manufacturer tomorrow to see if I can get a replacement part. Otherwise I'll have to wait and see how it behaves when washing. If I can get the missing part I will update my review. I contacted AirThreads and told them there is a small part missing from the frame. A new frame was sent quickly and free of charge.
