When I try to rip off a piece, it sticks quite strongly to the underlying tape (which is probably a good sign), but the problem is made worse by the fact that it's somewhat stretchy and will stretch from where you pull it . Most tape I use doesn't feel like this. Also, the bottom sticky part of the tape is NOT green, it's white. It's not a problem for me, just so you know.

Pros

For temporary floor marking, removable for up to 3 weeks. Not for hardwood or direct sunlight.
