I had an opportunity to take part in our first-year internship program with APE team led by John! My experience was great because of his open mindset, professional approach towards teamwork - he makes all of us feel like he values each member's opinion equally important. Working process has been straightforward, not too complicated or technical and we can complete projects quickly. It would be good if they provide some opportunities for junior and fresh talent's interns during internships period. Also it could have been helpful to train young people regarding business operations, so when working as an intern you won't forget about them later. We worked together solving problems related to various projects. Besides providing regular work assignments, my main tasks were research, data gathering and creating useful materials. I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to get up and running with our website and social media accounts. They have been extremely responsive and easy to work with. Their team of talented designers are also very knowledgeable about their craft. We've had several projects in the past year or so where we've needed help with video editing, and they've always stepped up to the plate! Nothing really. They're great at what they do and the customer service has been excellent.
