Like you I really rely on these reviews to help me with product selection. I wanted the makeup remover to match the microfiber clothing I bought (can't remove eye makeup on its own). I'm tired of the make-up remover wipes that dry out my skin. I press something onto a cloth, rub it in a little, and then dry my eyes. It perfectly removes shadows, eyeliner and non-waterproof mascara without much effort. My waterproof eyeliner is a little harder, but it can still come off. I've been playing around with different amounts but so far it hasn't lasted long. I don't use waterproof mascara so I can't comment on how it works. I have very sensitive skin and eyes and it doesn't irritate me at all. I keep my eyes closed and rub again with a clean damp cloth before opening them. A little pricey for my taste but will see how long it lasts.
