First, let's talk about the taste of this protein powder. I actually like how it tastes. It's nice to have a change from the typical vanilla and chocolate powders that I'm used to and seem to be more common. Love that it's sugar free even though it does contain sucralose. I'm not the biggest fan of this ingredient, but I take it in place of sugar or sugar or high fructose corn syrup anytime. I would say it has an odd aftertaste. It has a slightly bitter taste that I can't identify. Also, I really like the taste. I like to add it to milk with milk, and I also like to add ice. I also love that it delivers a little more than your regular protein powder. For example, I love that it contains ashwagandha powder, which promotes feelings of calm and helps relieve anxiety. This can be especially helpful after a workout. It also contains lactase enzymes, which can help your body absorb these nutrients more efficiently. It also contains B vitamins. I find it a little pricey but compared to other powders of this scale it's pretty stable. This container is quite large and holds a lot. Serving size is one scoop and there are 29 servings per container. Thought I should mention that I thought it was cool that there was a wall light on the back of this container. It's definitely unique and very cool in my opinion. I don't think I've ever seen a container of protein powder with Braille on it.
