I ordered 3 of these mics for our vocal group. My only issue with them was that when they arrived they each had an instruction manual for a different model of microphone. I contacted Lily Guo from customer service and she was very helpful. I had several questions and she answered each of my questions within hours with detailed instructions and emailed me a copy of the correct instruction manual. I was very impressed with Lily's help. When we first started using mics, one of our soloists (who pretty much defines the term "prima donna”) said she insisted on continuing to use one of our old mics, but when she finally tried Hotec she stuck with it and never did look back.
