This product sucks. I hate being so negative, but that's the way it is. It doesn't even take 2 seconds for my dog to get in and it literally breaks. I got a charger, I put it in the backseat like the damn seatbelts fell off my backseat. Poor dog, I'll never let him go through that trauma again. If the front of the support beam wasn't just made out of "pool noodle aka styrofoam" material, it would be much better and safer for the pup to just set up a hard pole like the other three sides were done, why not all 4 ?Makes no sense. Do not buy. I can't even return it, the first day I used it was a month after purchase.
