I received the punching bag stand today and I am very satisfied so far. I was looking for a full sized stress/workout punching bag but had trouble choosing and settled on this for a while as an alternative, so far so good! The assembly was very quick and easy. My only caveat so far is that if you're a fairly strong hitter, you should fill the base with sand instead of water for extra weight. I filled mine with water first and there weren't any leaks or anything, but the base bounced on my first hit and now I have to decrease the number of hits until I can fill the base with sand instead. For video size reference, I'm about 5'11" tall with the stand at full height.
