I was so surprised when I opened this package that I was looking at powder coated metal. The only part that had to be assembled was the square tube that connected for the basket. This was so easy to assemble. Pop the square tube into the bottom part of the rack, add the basket and liners, and set in the under sink space. The larger bottom rack slides out of the assembly, and the smaller top basket is stationary, and doesn't move or slide. This top basket is removable.I really like that the shelf organizer rack is metal. It is thin square tube, and welded wire baskets. It isn't very sturdy, but for holding cleaning supplies, or hair appliances that aren't very heavy this works really nice in that under the sink space. I have a rather large area under my sink, and I may buy another of these.
