I bought this on a bargain. This witch hazel usually comes in a range that I can't buy, but after trying it I can understand why. It still smells like witch hazel but has hints of lavender and blends well. Witch hazel is my favorite tonic, it always serves as a toning and refreshing base for the skin. I wouldn't say it's moisturizing as I find it evens out my skin tone and dries it out a bit. I moisturize after it has really evaporated from my face for at least an hour. Sometimes I just use it without moisturizer after a Koji scrub or scrub.
