They're tape flowers!
You can see it in my bouquet if I put the ribbon wrong. It is very durable and can be easily torn by the teeth if you work with flowers with one hand and a bandage with the other. Great for the DIYer who is frustrated with constantly tearing material that needs stretching or not stretching enough for it to stick. We also used this on top of our center elements to create a grid to place inside. Adheres well to other surfaces as well as flowers.
